DWC WEEKLY JOBWATCH

I’ve reviewed this week’s opportunities and selected the one’s I believe offer the best potential for dental and healthcare writers.

Monday 14th September

DENTAL WRITING OPPORTUNITIES

SEO Dental Content Writer — RevenueWell

Source: RevenueWell / SEOJobs
Location: Remote — US residency required
Type: Full-time
Posted: 12 September 2026

They’re specifically looking for someone who can translate complex dental and medical subjects into clear, engaging copy, understands SEO and can write content designed to generate enquiries and appointments. AI is explicitly part of their workflow, but quality and accuracy remain the priority

DALE’S TAKE:
Very relevant — but the US residency requirement is a limitation. Still absolutely worth including because it’s a textbook example of the sort of work dental writers can move into: SEO + patient education + conversion-focused website copy.

Content Creator — Aesthetic & Dental Clinic

Source: Upwork
Location: Worldwide / Remote
Pay: $400 fixed price
Posted: 11 September 2026
Type: Ongoing / contract-to-hire

A new dental and aesthetic clinic in Dubai is looking for a content creator to develop a weekly content plan and create posts, stories and videos. The role includes following dental/aesthetic social-media trends and producing engaging content. Video editing and AI content creation are additional advantages

Dale’s Take:
This scope is broader than writing,  But it’s an interesting opportunity for someone who understands dental content + social media + audience engagement rather than simply writing 1,500-word blogs.

Social Media Manager & Copywriter — Dental Clinic

Source: Upwork
Location: 100% remote
Pay: $500/month
Posted: 8 September 2026
Type: Part-time

This is with a creative production agency whose first client is a dental clinic. The role combines content scheduling, copywriting, captions, simple Canva/Figma graphics and social media management.

English fluency is required; Albanian is preferred but English-only applicants can apply. The client supplies photography, footage and edited Reels, so the writer isn’t expected to be a one-person production studio.

Dale’s Take:
Interesting for someone wanting to broaden from dental writing into social content and copywriting. The $500/month isn’t huge, but there’s potential to grow as the agency adds clients.

Freelance Medical Writer / B2B Dental Content Specialist

Source: Aquent UK
Location: London / Remote
Pay: Up to £400 per day
Start: 16 September 2026

Now THIS is interesting.

The assignment is for a major dental-products brand and involves producing five substantial, medical-grade articles for a professional dental audience.

The work covers clinical FAQs, diagnosis, treatment options based on current guidelines and patient/caregiver communication. The content will also become master copy for translation into French and German.

Dale’s Take:
This is the high-value end of dental writing.

It’s not a beginner opportunity — they’re looking for someone with strong clinical literacy and medical/dental writing experience — but £400 a day makes this exactly the sort of role worth showing DWC readers exists.

One freshness caveat: the page itself has been online for some time, but it specifies a 16 September 2026 start date, so it appears to be a current assignment rather than an ancient vacancy. I’d include it with that qualification

This Week's Takeaway

Don’t underestimate the value of being able to write about dentistry in different ways.

This week’s opportunities range from SEO content and patient-facing website copy to social media, dental marketing and specialist medical writing.

The common thread? Good dental writers aren’t limited to writing blog posts.

The more you can adapt your writing to different audiences, formats and commercial goals, the more opportunities you can potentially create for yourself.
